2011, YOU WERE GOOD TO ME

Folks, it’s that time… time to recap all the amazingness from last year… and what an incredible year it was!

Personally, I hit the jackpot:

I got married to a wonderful person… my heart, my equal, my everything.
I was lucky to have spent more time in Europe than the States in the month of July (shooting a wedding in France and honeymooning in Italy & Greece!).
I became an aunt to an oh-so-adorable nephew.

I’m sure there are many more things I’m forgetting to post because my cup is SO FULL but those are certainly the highlights. : )

Professionally, I also scored pretty big:

I got a brand new makeover for my business (thanks again linkedesign and Mink Letterpress!).
I was featured nationally for the first time and also got published in a couple of mags.
I attended the mother of all photo conventions in Las Vegas to further my photo education.

And best of all, I had the opportunity to photograph some crazy awesome couples. To be exact, I shot: 24 weddings (as a primary photog.), 2 weddings (as a second photog.), 21 engagement sessions, 8 bridal sessions, 2 married sessions and a few family sessions. : )

To pay tribute to them, I’m listing ONE photo (so hard for me to pick just one!) from each engagement session, bridal session and wedding that I shot (solo) in 2011. Cheers to my clients – many of whom I have the privilege of calling friends – and Happy New Year to all. 2012 has a lot to live up to! : )
