Jared and Sarah are so cute and relaxed together; I especially love the look on Jared’s face when he saw his beauty of a bride for the first time (see below for the “first look”). They were married on a beautiful, yet scorcher of a day in late May in Roswell, Georgia. All the details — from the flowers to the candy bar — were awesome! Many thanks to all the vendors that made their day magical and unforgettable:
Bridal gown: Maggie Sottero
Groom & groomsmen: Joseph A. Bank
Bride’s makeup: Bobbi Brown
Hair: Sarah of Image Salon
Florals: Holland’s Flowers
Cake: Pretty Cakes by Meg
Ceremony music: Luna Strings
Reception music: Dustin Johnson
Catering: Avalon
Venue: Kimball Hall
Congrats to the newlyweds! Much happiness and bliss always. : )

The couple opted to do a reveal before the ceremony, which allowed me to do all their formal photographs beforehand so they could enjoy their cocktail hour with the guests.

A funny side note behind this photo… We were trying to recreate that famous Reservoir Dogs shot, but none of them had sunglasses so they looked particularly mopey/mad. We had to change it to smiley/happy. : )

I don’t normally do posed shots on the blog, but this couple is special because I photographed their wedding last June. Happy belated one-year anniversary, Lacy + Michael! : )

Jenny - Oh my goodness, love all the detail shots- especially the rings! You are brilliant to put them on a chair with the paint chipping and make it look amazing! Gosh, they chose a beautiful color scheme. Simple and beautiful.
