There are so many images from Danielle and Paul’s wedding day that I want to share… this post is pretty epic. However, to precede these images, there are two things (in my opinion) that may interest you about this wedding:
1) Why a wedding in the Bahamas? Danielle and Paul are HUGE Jimmy Buffett fans and wanted the wedding to be in a Margaritaville-esque place that paid homage to Buffett’s “island escapism” lifestyle. They visited Hope Town during a previous vacation and fell in love with the area.
2) Danielle & Paul are two of the most laid-back, easygoing, warm people that I know. Period. And their love for each other is the kind that will last several lifetimes… Okay, on to the photos!

I posted this one because Danielle wrapped part of her mother’s wedding dress around the base of the bouquet:

Danielle was drop dead gorgeous in her gown by Anna Maier/Ulla-Maija Couture:

Danielle seriously needs to be on the front of a bridal mag…

As one of her wedding gifts to Paul, Danielle gave him a really cute needlepoint belt with the Bahamian flag and their wedding date:

Bustling the dress… Danielle’s friend Lauren’s face is priceless!

…and so was Danielle’s. : )

I imagine that I’ll still be giving Ryan my things to carry in his pockets when we’re older… : )

The best man Will (Paul’s brother) gave a toast that was spot on about Paul… Danielle kept saying, “That’s SO Paul. Oh my gosh, that’s soooo Paul!” haha..

First dance to Jimmy Buffett’s “Distantly in Love”

During their first dance, Danielle and her dad broke out into full-on party dance mode and got the crowd going!

Nicole Hughes - Such a cool wedding! Loved the guys belts, the collegiate cake, the bridesmaid dresses and her getaway dress was seriously hot. I want one… ask her where it came from! ;)
Such beautiful photos – I can’t wait to be in a wedding that you’re shooting! :))))
After seeing these photos, I keep asking myself WHY did we not do a destination wedding? Creates such an awesome backdrop.
